DAY ONE : Arriving at Sundance & the start of SOULSTICE :)


As some of you know, this summer I was part of a retreat called, "Soulstice." It was hosted by an amazing company called Albion Fit who sell swimwear, & work out wear. You guys should check them out on instagram, they are so down to earth, & such happy people :') One of the biggest reasons I decided to go on this trip (even though I didn't know anyone else who would be there) was because it was going to be hosted at Sundance Resort. As I'm sure you all know, I work for Sundance retail, so it's kind of like seeing where my roots are from. In a sense. It was so so gorgeous, & it was everything I hoped for and more. I hope you all enjoy this journey! Some of these pictures are mine & some are from Madeline Becker :) Remember, this is just day one! So much more to come :)

These are from our view from the ski lift, which was terrifying at first, but then it became fun. AFTER WE LEARNED YOU CAN PUT THE BAR DOWN IN FRONT OF YOU.

Also, we did the ski lift, because we arrived super early & our room wasn't ready yet. So we had to waste time somehow right?

Here is a bit of what I got to experience when registration started :)

This is a cool company, that mixes different kinds of combinations of flavors & soda. SO GOOD. 

so...there was a pop up shop & we each got to spend $400 on whatever we wanted. Don't worry, I did a haul so you all can see what I bought ;) We also got to pick out stuff from our sponsors. Ultra, Toms, MisFit, & of course Albion. 

I also did a room tour, so look out for that part of the vlog :)

After this I had a Dexabody scan, & it turned out pretty good. My bone density is good which I was super proud of! I just need to work out my arms a little bit :( But that's okay lol if you are interested in knowing everything about your body, I would recommend getting this scan done. It's really beneficial if you have any questions about your body and even if you don't!

We had about an hour to get ready after registration for our dinner party; We got our hair done & makeup!  here are some pictures from an amazing evening:
